Affiliate Program Terms of Service and Agreement

This Affiliate Program Terms of Service and Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between No Hungry Children (“Nonprofit”) and you, the affiliate (“Affiliate”). By participating in the Nonprofit’s Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:

1.1. To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the application provided by the Nonprofit and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. The Nonprofit reserves the right to accept or reject any application to join the Affiliate Program for any reason.

2. Affiliate Compensation:

2.1. As an Affiliate, you will earn an 8% commission on any donations generated by individuals who use your unique affiliate link to donate to the Nonprofit.

2.2. Additionally, you will earn a 2% commission on donations made by affiliates who were referred by you and are part of your immediate downline (one level deep).

2.3. Commissions will be paid on a regular basis, as specified by the Nonprofit, and will be subject to a minimum payout threshold of $20.00.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities:

3.1. As an Affiliate, you agree to promote the Nonprofit in a truthful and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. You are responsible for the accurate representation of the Nonprofit and its mission in all promotional materials and communications.

3.3. You must not engage in any illegal, unethical, or deceptive practices when promoting the Nonprofit.

4. Nonprofit Responsibilities:

4.1. The Nonprofit will provide Affiliates with access to affiliate tracking and reporting tools.

4.2. The Nonprofit will process and pay commissions to Affiliates in a timely manner.

5. Termination:

5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2. The Nonprofit reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program immediately if the Affiliate violates this Agreement or engages in any conduct that is harmful to the Nonprofit or its reputation.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. The Nonprofit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

7. Governing Law:

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

8. Entire Agreement:

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By enrolling in the Nonprofit’s Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
